All orders to the continental United States ship for a flat rate of $5.99. Orders over $50 ship for free. Free shipping is excluded from certain bulk items (etc. luggage, pontoon boats).
We ship all domestic orders via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Some larger items may be shipped via FedEx Ground. To request a specific shipping carrier, please call to place your order- 605-341-2450.
When an item isn’t available from our stock it will be delivered directly from the manufacturer. Should a product not be available or delayed due to backorder an email will be sent to you upon receipt of the order. Your order will be processed within one day of receipt and will arrive in 3-10 business days. Special conditions apply to orders shipping outside of the lower 48. Most orders ship the day the order is placed.

For Priority Mail Express® shipments mailed December 23 through December 25, the money-back guarantee applies only if the shipment was not delivered, or delivery was not attempted, within two (2) business days.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Orders Shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped using USPS priority mail.
Shipping to Canada and Internationally
Shipping outside of the United States will be done with USPS global First Class mail. Orders will be charged according to USPS global priority rates. We are not responsible for customs duties, VATs, special taxes, etc. associated with your purchase. Payment of these fees is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Return shipping fees associated with your order are your responsibility.
Return shipping fees for defective items or damaged goods will be handled on a case by case basis.
Call or email the shop in the event of a return. You will be issued a return authorization number (RA#). Items to be returned should be unused and in their original packaging. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Items covered by manufacturer’s repair warranty should be returned directly to the manufacturer.
